Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lazu pieces. If your order isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed and free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other marks
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to offer an exchange for another available size of the same item.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we can issue a refund once the original item is received and inspected.

Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, or otherwise designated Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
